    Renovations & Refurbishments

We renovate apartments, houses, and commercial spaces with the same engineering discipline we apply to new builds. Every project starts with a structural assessment and ends with finishes that match the original architectural intent. From full gut renovations to targeted refurbishments, we manage the work end to end: structural changes, MEP upgrades, energy improvements, and interior finishes.

    Full-Gut Renovations

Stripping a property back to the structural shell and rebuilding it to current standards. We coordinate demolition, structural reinforcement where needed, new MEP installations, insulation, and full interior finishes. The result is a space that reads as new construction, with documented work, current code compliance, and an updated energy class.

    Full-Gut Renovations

    Targeted Refurbishments

When a full renovation isn't needed, we deliver focused upgrades: kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, plumbing and electrical, openings and facades. The scope stays tight, the schedule stays short, and disruption to the rest of the property is minimized. Every refurbishment is documented and inspected, so the work holds up to future buyers, tenants, and regulators.

    Targeted Refurbishments

    Energy Upgrades

External insulation, window replacement, heating-system upgrades, and full energy-class improvements. We work to current Greek and EU energy standards (ΚΕΝΑΚ), and produce the documentation required for ΕΣΠΑ subsidies and the Electronic Building ID. For older buildings, this is often where the biggest gains are: lower running costs, better thermal comfort, and a higher resale value.

    Heritage & Sensitive Works

Older buildings need careful handling. We coordinate with the relevant authorities, document existing conditions, and stage the work so that protected elements are preserved while modern systems get installed cleanly behind them. When a property has historical or aesthetic value, the renovation should respect it, not paint over it.
