Prieston Constructions designs, builds, and develops real estate across Greece. Founded in Kilkis and operating for nearly half a century, we cover the full lifecycle of a building, from feasibility and structural design to permits, construction, and handover. The approach is the same on every project: engineering discipline, certified materials, and clear documentation at every step.
What We Do
We work across structural design, foundations, geotechnical engineering, full construction delivery, renovations, permitting and supervision, and property development. The scope of our work has grown with the team. The standard of work has not changed: every project is delivered with the engineer of record on site and the same documentation requirements applied.
How We Work
We take responsibility from the first feasibility study to the day keys are handed over. Designs, permits, materials, schedule, and on-site supervision are all coordinated in-house. This ownership of the full process is what allows us to give clients real timelines, real budgets, and a building that matches the drawings.
