Prieston Constructions is the continuation of a building practice that started in Kilkis nearly fifty years ago. What began as a local construction firm has grown into a multi-discipline company, but the work, and the people doing it, are the same family of engineers and builders.
Origins in Kilkis
The company started as a local construction practice in Kilkis in the 1970s, working on residential and small commercial projects in Northern Greece. The early work was hands-on: structural engineering done by people who were also on site, doing the supervision and the documentation. That hands-on engineering culture is the foundation we still build from.
Three Generations of Builders
Each generation of the firm has expanded the scope without losing the original standard. Reinforced concrete and structural design grew into permits, supervision, renovations, and full property development. The team has grown. The people who designed the buildings still oversee them being built. That hasn't changed, and it isn't going to.
Today
Prieston Constructions today operates across structural design, foundations, geotechnical engineering, full construction delivery, renovations, permitting and supervision, and property development. Our work spans Northern Greece, with a portfolio that includes residential developments, commercial projects, and partnerships with universities in Thessaloniki and Serres. The ambition is the same as it was in 1978: build well, deliver on time, stand behind the work.
